                        • Sustainability planning that begins when new sources of funding are secured.
                        • Staff training on topics that include making resource development a strategic organizational priority, creation of a resource development plan, assessing competitiveness for RFP responses, proposal writing, development of a grants/funding inventory, and creating a cash reserve.
