The following are examples of our work in Internal & External Communications:
- Oversaw development and implementation of a comprehensive communications plan for Capital Workforce Partners that included core messaging, targeted campaigns, website and social media strategies, and measureable outcomes.
- Led statewide universal effort with five Connecticut Workforce Development Boards to identify key audiences and targeted messages, which was then used in education and advocacy efforts.
- Spearheaded a communications focus with the US Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Council’s through a newly created Communications Task Force responsible for increasing communications strategies that are consistent nationally. The Task Force’s work demonstrated the important value of the workforce development system.
